The arm seems to be originating from her head which does not work. It looks too surreal. I would print out the arm and extend it beyond her head or crop her head. The flowers could use another one on the bottom right. It is a lot of negative space so they feel top heavy. Giving you full credit for posting but this one needs to be changed a bit. Very nice otherwise.
